Is your CBD collection about to become illegal?
On November 12, 2026, a new federal total-THC standard takes effect under Section 781 of the 2026 appropriations law. The U.S. Hemp Roundtable estimates it will render roughly 95% of hemp-derived cannabinoid products federally unlawful — including many full-spectrum CBD products people own and sell right now.
