Step 1
Who do you work with?
This loads a starting roster. Version 1 checks everything against the WADA list.
Step 2
What's on your roster?
Tap everything your athletes use. We ask about products, not people, so don't enter names or health details.
Every flag on one page, sorted by what's banned year-round versus game day.
Two lists, side by side
The 2026 list you're under now, and what moves on January 1.
In force Jan 1, 2027
Cannabinoids rewritten to reflect which commonly encountered cannabinoids have THC-like effects, with named examples added. CBD remains the only exempt cannabinoid.
Substances of Abuse: wording clarifies that metabolites count in results management.
Hormone and metabolic modulators: title expanded to current terminology, more examples across S4.
Glucocorticoids: vaginal administration added as a permitted route.
Beta-blockers: sport-discipline details harmonized across federations.
More named examples of non-approved substances and of diuretics and masking agents.
No change. Semaglutide and tirzepatide stay off the list for 2027 while WADA gathers athlete data.
Since Jan 1, 2026
Esters of prohibited steroids, like testosterone cypionate, explicitly prohibited.
Salmeterol: still 200 mcg per 24 hours, but no more than 100 mcg in any 8 hours.
Sustained-release glucocorticoids can stay detectable past the standard washout period.
Blood withdrawal prohibited outside medical, testing and research use. Non-diagnostic carbon monoxide rebreathing added as a prohibited method.
Cell components such as mitochondria added to the ban on cell-based methods.
More named examples of anabolic agents, peptide hormones, hormone modulators and stimulants.
- Hormone and metabolic modulators were clarified two years running. That's the category test boosters, estrogen blockers and "metabolic" peptides sell into.
- Glucocorticoids moved both years. Cortisone shots and steroid packs are a timing problem, not just a yes-or-no one.
- Cannabinoids went from untouched to rewritten the same year U.S. hemp law changes. Hemp "THC alternatives" are the exposure.
- GLP-1s stay legal but unexamined. Not banned isn't the same as understood in athletes.
Meanwhile in U.S. hemp law
Section 781 lands in two stages.
Converted or synthetic cannabinoids, like delta-8 made from CBD and HHC, lose hemp status.
Total-THC standard and the 0.4 mg per container cap apply to plant-derived hemp.
Where the risk shows up
Positives rarely come from the supplement shelf alone. They come from moments: an injury, a cold on game week, a weight cut.
